Let Me Interview You
Get ready for your job interview and become the best candidate you can be. This will be a one on one coaching. You will receive hands-on practical support during your application process, including a mock interview, so that you are ready and confident when the time of your interview comes.
Level 1 positions are entry level or more junior roles (e.g. assistants, operators, technicians, representatives).
What we will do together?

During an initial meeting (audio or video call), we will discuss your resume and the position you want to apply for

You will receive a personalised plan on how to get ready for the selection process

Following the submission of your application for review (as agreed in your plan), you will receive actionable feedback, including sample questions for the particular role you want to apply for

You will be ‘mock interviewed’ for the particular role and receive immediate feedback, including useful tips for the real interview
The duration of audio/video calls for Level 1 roles is as follows:
initial conversation - ca 15 minutes
Mock interview - ca 45 minutes
The feedback and research work varies depending on the role and the candidate.
About Your Facilitator:
Kamila Roberts has over 25 years of experience in senior management roles in various industries (telecommunications, IT, automotive, medical devices, consulting). She started her career in Human Resources and later on moved into Manufacturing and Operations Management.
She worked on several start-up projects where she was deeply involved in recruitment. Throughout her career, she has interviewed several thousand candidates using various interviewing techniques and formats.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Economy & Management from the University of J.E. Purkynë in the Czech Rep. In the United Kingdom she also received an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law (equivalent of a Master’s Degree).
Kamila lives on the island of Madeira, Portugal where she runs online personal development courses, management retreats and conferences.
