I can highly recommend Kamila Roberts as a trainer and lecturer, she is a highly experienced leadership expert and coach who knows how to impart her knowledge skilfully and empathetically and from my first contact with her, Kamila took a lot of time to understand me as a person as well as my background and objectives. The venue in the seminar rooms of a hotel is well chosen - the location was in a picturesque hotel in Madeira in a great environment that allowed for both relaxed and focused learning.The course itself is very complex and structured in different modules. The relaxed and friendly as well as appreciative and professional learning atmosphere that is offered here is always consistent.	
Kamila always breaks up the course in the seminar room with "outdoor lessons" without losing focus - an all-round successful mix! I experienced the course as intensive training - but thanks to the modular structure, it was not overwhelming. The individual learning modules were well structured and built on each other perfectly. Thanks to the varied mix of theory and practice in both the learning content and the learning methods, Kamila manages to convey even complex topics in an understandable and sustainable way. Kamila not only focuses on the various contents and techniques (in my case, the focus was on strategic interviewing), but also addressed my individual situation for each topic. She skilfully combines theoretical knowledge, her extensive wealth of experience and analytical questioning of her participants' problems in order to develop suitable solutions together. She always takes a holistic approach to her concept. She has therefore expanded her learning content to include elements relating to physical and mental health with the help of a health coach, in my case Nicole Parsons - a great added value!
I felt understood and helped by Kamila - simply great. Kamila not only managed to introduce me to a strategic approach to the key topics, but also to motivate me to apply what I had learned, learn from it and continue to improve on a daily basis. She understood how to analyze my individual challenges and weaknesses and gave me extremely valuable practical tips and support. Kamila and Graham inspired me a lot and gave me a lot of valuable food for thought, and I came away from the course not only with many valuable insights (which you can't read in any book in the world, but have to live and experience), but also with more strength and balance, and I hope that Kamila can inspire many more people in the way she did me.
