Get ready for your job interview and become the best candidate you can be. This will be a one on one coaching. You will receive hands-on practical support during your application process, including a mock interview, so that you are ready and confident when the time of your interview comes.

Level 2 positions are roles with medium seniority (e.g. specialists, senior technicians, senior representatives, entry level management roles).

This is what we will do together:

  1. During an initial meeting (audio or video call), we will discuss your resume and the position you want to apply for;

  2. You will receive a personalised plan on how to get ready for the selection process;

  3. Following the submission of your application for review (as agreed in your plan), you will receive actionable feedback, including sample questions for the particular role you want to apply for;

  4. You will be ‘mock interviewed’ for the particular role and receive immediate feedback, including useful tips for the real interview.

The duration of audio/video calls for Level 2 roles is as follows:

  1. initial conversation - ca 30 minutes;

  2. Mock interview - ca 60 minutes.

The feedback and research work varies depending on the role and the candidate.
