The Leadership Roundtable

is a structured forum for emerging leaders and high-potential professionals stepping into greater responsibility.

Many capable professionals are promoted for technical expertise but receive little support in developing real leadership judgment. This is a focused, small-group space to strengthen decision-making, accountability, strategic thinking, and leadership confidence through discussion of real situations — not theory.

Designed particularly for SMEs, it also serves as a practical retention and succession development tool for organisations investing in their future leaders.

How does it work

Frequency

The Leadership Roundtable runs 8 sessions per year, taking place monthly from February to June and September to November.

Timing

Sessions take place on a fixed monthly schedule.
Each session runs from 17:00–18:30 CET.

Session length

Each roundtable lasts 90 minutes and is structured in two parts:

Part 1 – Open Session (30 minutes | Free)

A focused introduction to the monthly leadership topic, including responses to questions submitted in advance.

Participation in this part is free of charge and requires prior registration via email or web form.

Part 2 – Leadership Deep Dive (60 minutes | Members only)

A facilitated, interactive session for paying participants, including:

  • live questions and answers

  • discussion of real-life leadership situations

  • shared reflection and brainstorming

  • exploration of practical approaches and decision options

This part is designed as a small-group working session, not a lecture.

Participation & Group Size

To maintain meaningful discussion, participation in the Leadership Deep Dive is limited to 15 members per session.

Membership secures your place for the annual (rolling) programme.

If all places are filled, you may join the waiting list and will be notified if a place becomes available or when a new cohort opens.

Questions

Questions for the open session are collected in advance.
The Deep Dive allows for live questions, dialogue, and follow-up.

Platform

Sessions are held online via Zoom.
Access details are provided after registration.
